  • Another fortune cookie


    I ate lunch at the same Chinese restaurant as a few weeks ago.  The cookie had the following "fortune":  "A carrot a day, may keep cancer away.'


    That "fortune" is medically validated as carrots are have fibre and are rich in Vitamin A (beta carotene that gives it its orange color), which help prevent gastrointestinal cancer and skin cancer.
